The sock fairy

Why is it every time i do the washing and sort it out to put away i always end up with a spare sock or an odd pair of my OH socks, Never mine...
i have about 4 socks all without the other!! i must check the drawers and see if they have got lost down the back.

Its driving me nuts - and hubby thinks i'm sabotaging his socks!!!

that flaming knicker and sock fairy visits me every day...no matter how many new socks and knickers i buy (good old primark) i can never find them...they go missing when i wash them! grr

This is a weird one, it happens in my house too, but never with mine, only OH's. I think it's because he takes them off in weird places and one goes astray, whereas I take both mine off together and put them in the washing basket together lmao

ok so i'm not exactly a domestic goddess but its not hard to keep 2 socks together..you'd think!!

what you lot need is a little net bag to pop your socks into before popping them in the wash.

I was reading the first post thinkin....how lucky you are only have 4 odd socks, I have a drawer full (no word of a lie there must be about 20 odd socks in there)....so was pleased to see the sock fairy isn't only picking on me (sorry fran)!

I have had some reunited after time - the sock fairy obviously doesn't like the smell of all our socks - but I do have some that have been lonely for longer than I would care to admit!

Think I will have to have a sock bag too.....good idea budge, will have to get OH to start putting his socks in the bag the second he takes them off (before the sock fairy can smell the bait!)
