HI, I wondered if any of you could offer some help and advice please? I was 5 days late when i took a home pregnancy test which came back as negative. My periods are normally right on time which is why i chose to take a test. After about a week i started to feel unwell. I awoke one morning to severe vomitting shortly followed by diahorrea. This continued for until early evening but subsided after then. I experienced stomach cramps throughout this also (by the way i never suffered morning sickness with my first child). Then the following day the cramps started up again and have been on and off ever since. After a week and a half of not having a period i noticed some blood and thought i had my period but this was not like my normal heavy flow it was pinkish red colour instead of my normal heavy dark red brown and also very light and only lasted 2 to 3 days then went away. I feel bloated all the time and I have been urinating much more often than normal which is unusual for me. I feel tired all the time. My breasts are not sore but then with my first child i did not experience this until maybe the 5th week into my pregnancy. I'm confused as i tested after 5 days of being late and it was negative, was this too early? With my first child i suffered terrible stomach cramps but not until 6 weeks (until i found out i was pregnant) These pains normally occur a few hours before i have my AF but these have been on and off for the past 2 weeks now almost. Any advice would be greatly appreciated as im really confused now.

Hi there... I know that it can be so frustrating. Last year it took me until I was two weeks late to get my first positive and it wasn't even a very dark line. So maybe you are just not producing enough hormones yet...

I just wanted to make sure you got some support... I hope you get the answer you want soon!!! If AF doesn't show up soon... try and see your GP or an OB/GYN.

Please let us know how you get on... sorry if I can't be more help.
