Test results *UPDATED*

Hi I had routine blood tests done when I saw MW last week:

The results were:

Glucose: Satisfactory
Blood Group: O+
Full blood count: Have gone to MW to be checked.

She's on holiday this week so they are getting her to call me back next wednesday to discuss results.

Is this normal? Am I right in thinking that the Full blood count is to do with iron levels? Do they always get MW to check blood count before you can call for results, so is it just that fact that she is not there to check them or could something be wrong? Arghhh! So many questions!!!

I think the full blood count is related to iron
I never get told the results of my blood tests, they have a policy up here that if you don't hear back everythings ok.
I only got the results of my booking bloods, including the triple blood test for downs at my appointment last week!
I'm sure your results will be fine

I didn't get any results back first time and 2nd time i just got a letter telling me i needed iron tablets.
I think the policy round here is if you don't hear anything then it's ok so i can't really help i'm afraid. I would assume it's normal and nothing to worry about though

When I was in for my growth scan today the consultant was able to look up my results there.

Everything is fine so I didn't need to worry
