Terrible headache

Hello, ladies.

Advice please....I have been waking up every morning with a terrible headache. I try really hard to sleep on my left side, but in the night, inevitably turn back on to my back. I only have a very small bump when when I lie on my back, I can feel (and see it) round and hard. I was hoping someone might be able to tell me if the two things are linked - the headaches and the sleeping on my back?

Look forward to any advice that can help me get a good night's sleep and wake with a non-achy head in the morning!

I know headaches are very common in pregnacy i think all i can say is get plenty of rest and dont strain your body as for the liein on the back dont worry about that cos i also do it lol
