Tender tingly breasts and occasional cm??

Hi ladies looking for a bit of advice x tomorrow I will be 8 dpo I've have tender tingly breast and my nipples are sore. This has been going on for a few days but is getting more noticeable everyday, the cm is present on several ocassion throughout the day which is been going on for about 4 days? Could I be pregnant? When I was pregnant with my first I didn't get tender breast but did from around 2 months pregnant with my second?? Xx
