Ok, thanks to jaidybaby been wondering about my tattoo on my stomach, will it ever go back to what it was before or am i destined for a stretched saggy tattoo?

 

When I tried to get my stomach tattooed (pre-Damien) they said no because if i wanted kids it will go out of shape and probably not look the same again I suppose it depends on how big you get?

Why did he not tell me the bloody same then! Mine ir all the way round my belly button as well, i'm doomed aren't i!

 

There was someone else who had the round their belly button but they didnt look too bad. Saying that my piercing holes stretched miles (I had 4 piercings, so 8 holes)

I might when I'm fat and pregnant again though, looks nice then coz you have an excuse to be a big fat heffer

I think it depends on the size and position etc of the tattoo, I have one to the side of my stomach, luckily it missed all the stretch marks, but while PG it strtched a bit and is now back to normal, even if the rest of my stomach isnt!

Oh hun I hope I havent worried you!! Didnt mean to do that. It just crossed my mind when you mentioned it in 2nd tri that was all and wasnt sure how tattoos react!!!!

Look at pics in the first tri! Both Tankett and Mel have tattoos on their stomaches and look fine! Maybe if you keep the skin as supple as possible it will be ok

i have a cutre little apple on my stomach - when pregnant it looked like a disformed pepper but now it's gone back to pre pregnancy shape.

I have a tattoo of a bird on my belly...with Haylea it looked like it had grown so much that it was going to end up a saggy horrible thing but no it went back to normal as soon as I'd given birth...tho it has got one tiny stretch mark on one of the wings... With this pregnancy it started off as a tiny bird now it looks like an eagle...it has stretched so much it looks quite funny...will let you know what it looks like when I have given birth this time.....

The only thing I don't like is the fact that when my tummy stretched, it made me notice that the tattoo wasn't quite central!!!

My tattoo is where yours is so hopefully it'll go back to normal then after seeing yours!
