Tapping feeling?

Hi all,
This morning i was woken with what i can only describe as a tapping feeling low down and to the left had side of my stomach. I'm 38+2 and i'm so ready for this baby to be out now. I've been having back ache and a few twinges but nothing else out of the ordinary until this morning when the "tapping" started.
I just wondered if anyone else had experienced this feeling. It's not like other hits and kicks that i've felt previously.

Yeah I would say hiccups. Especially if it's rhythmic tapping. Xx
