Tantrums. Help.

Hi girls,


I think we started getting first propal tantrums. Before, when I said "no" to Daniel he would just stop and go away, or try it a couple more times and then stop and go away.

But for a couple of weeks no when you say "no" or do something he doesn like (like taking him away from the playgroup and stuff like that) he just starts crying/screaming. (No rolling on the floor yet ). He just goes on and on and on and then stops. I am trying not to pay attention and just go on with doing what I have to do.

So, is it a dreaded tantytime? He is also teathing, but he was teathing before and this never happened.

Do I respond right? Probaly he is a bit too younf for naughty step yet....
What do you do with kids that age (around 16 months)?

If you only have screaming then you're lucky hun Maddison throws herself to the floor screaming and hitting her head on the floor In the house I ignore her and she stops but in public it can be quite embarrassing
