Taking Nyquil

Is it safe to take while TTC..I am in my 1ww and have been taking Nyquil for a bad cold since ovulation...just wondering if I should expect AF because of it?

I googled it to see if there were any contraindications of TTC and taking Nyquil and found nothing. Of course it warns against if you are pregnant because of the alcohol, but nothing about it messing up conception.
