Swollen glands

I have noticed today Aimee has really swollen glands behind her ears. She has 2 really big ones behind each ear, about the size of a pea or bigger. Do you think its cos she is just getting over the chicken pox? If not what could it be?

It could just be swollen glands. I had swelling behind my ears when I had mumps but it was more than just little lumps my whole face swelled up in days. I doubt it is that though because she will have had her MMR. There were a lot of cases of Mumps going around but that was in young adults mostly I think. I am not trying to worry you but I thought I would bring it to your attention.

Well she hasn't had her MMR yet but I don't think its mumps. I had them when I was a kid and I think its just swollen glands but I'm hoping its just cos of the chicken pox. Not too sure though.
