Hey ladies!

I have a spa day to go to with friends in a couple of weeks time, and we plan on making good use of the pool (although no jacuzzi for me :( ) what do you wear swimming? i dont generally do swimsuits as find them very unflattering, do you think its ok to wear my usual bikini? or is it a bit strange with my new big belly hanging out?:oooo:

xx

I would definitely go for my usual swimsuit, nothing to hide or be ashamed of, quite the opposite.

If your happy with bump out then go for it :)
Everyone else seems to have gorgeous naked bumps but mines covered in stretch marks :( if it wasn't though I'd defo wear a bikini x

^^^ WSS - if ur comfy with ur bump being on display go for it.

xxx

I wish I had the figure to wear a bikini. I'm too fat now... Lol. Would definitely wear one if I was happy with my figure though.

Enjoy the spa day!

as long as u feel comfortable then go for it! :)

Absolutely we're the bikini if you're comfortable....otherwise you could go for a tankini?

I am quite keen on looking at myself in the mirror in my underwear now. I used to think my legs were chunky (they were and are) - but my bump makes them look positively spindly!!! LOL!

im going swimmin at the weekend and was planning on just wearing a normal bikini ( provide it still fits over my ever growing bum without giving me builders bottom lol)

sounds like a lovely day out have fun :-)

Thanks ladies! think i will just go with the bikini i have :) xxx

Oh deffo wear the bikini with pride. I might scare people with my bump on display now but will be swimming next week as well so can enjoy wearing the tankini I got from mamas and papas. For the first time ever my boob growth is a great asset! Yippee for pregnancy bodies xxxx we must embrace them xxxx stretch marks and all xxxx

i got a lovely maternity swimsuit cos i dont really do bikinis and my old suit was way too tight anyway lol. the new one will last and i can still wear it even when not preg if i want to. its sooo comfy too. you should wear whatever you feel comfy in nurse
