Hi Girls,

I have plenty of time for a name, I know this but............

Me & OH are really struggling to agree on names, I like unusual, he likes simple, like claire, Sarah, Luke, Paul, David etc etc, not that I have anything against these names, but they do not do anything for me :bored:

He doesn't want anything that can be shortened either, so for example Tiffany, Jessica, Billy, Daniel would all be out - not many there that appeal to me anyway, but you get the gist

But then we have the surname, Ireland.............so Defo not wanting a name like Treasure or Tracy :x :x :x

Have any of you girls got any ideas?!?!? We have tried Morgan, but I have gone off it, and now looking at Reese both are for a girl......but that could change too :(

I keep telling him I WILL take the baby down and get him/her named on my own!!! I could knock him out at times, he has no idea what compromise means!!!!!!

And he has no adventure in him when it comes to names!!!! HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think you have a beautiful surname!

How about naming the baby after a place in Ireland??

My friend has ther same surname and called her little darling George :D

What about Seth or Dylan for a boy and Brooke or Faye for a girl. Cant shorten them and they go quite nicely with Ireland?? Sorry if you think these are rubbish.
I'm not even pregnant yet but if I have a girl she will be called Jenna because I love that name but not sure about a boy, possibly Jack.

I used to love the name Chloe, until all the chav moms of redditch(where i live) called there baby girls Chloe. And Brandon, is chav baby boy name here too. I hate saying that, but...... ewwwwwww why do chavs have to ruin everything lol. *shuts up*

CHAVS? IN REDDITCH? SURELY NOT!!

Ha ha, only joking, am down the road in Kings Norton and know EXACTLY what you mean :D

I agree something short and sharp will go with Ireland....BTW I quite like Baby Ireland as in your ticker....but I guess that's not going to work forever
How about:
Todd
Finn
Flynn
Jack
James
Short girls names are more difficult....can't think of any to match Ireland!
