Support belt?

Hiya ladies, can anyone recommend a support belt for me to use as I am suffering from chronic backache and can't do anything at the moment without being in pain.

There seem to be quite a lot of brands out there but don't know which is best. Any recommendations would be grately appreciated!

Hi - my MW referred me to the hospital physio who supplied and fitted me with the correct support belt. Maybe yours can do the same?

I was also given crutches as it turns out I've got Symthesis Pubis Disorder which gives bad backache and pelvic pain. I was also given help on ways to reduce the pain developing - different ways of lying, getting up, some exercises I can do whilst sitting or standing etc.

It's all been a great help.

im same as above hun i have spd so was fitted with 1 from the physio your midwife can fast track you an appointment so give her a call and get her to refer you as urgent that way you will get a belt that fits properly and wont hurt you or the baby they will show you the correct way of wearing it and it will be free xxxxx
