Sorry, this really is a bit of a pointless thread, but, i've been moaning a lot lately (more so in my journal) about not having a nursery to decorate for mini princess etc, just got back from visiting dad when i saw the landlord out back waving me out so i went out for a chat and he was talking about my pregnancy etc, i said i was glad it was a girl as i could just get bunk beds eventually for DD's room and he said he had a 3 bedroom house, literally a stones throw from my back garden just come vacant and handed me the keys to have a look!
its loads bigger than my house and i told him i would have it straight away if i didnt need to decorate or carpet it as i just cant afford it at the mo with baby being due this summer so he said he would do all that for me...and...the rent is only £5 more a week so ive spoke to OH on the phone and he said yes we can move into it...even saving on the removal van as we can just carry stuff across from my back yard to that one eeeeek, super excited, my 2 princess's will have their own bedrooms i just wanna do it now!!

sorry about the long post and ramble...i'm just too giddy...i can now do a nursery for my baby

Thanks guys, i cant quite believe it, rent should be £120 a week but he said as i'm an existing customer he'll do it for £115 just wanna get moved in now though far too impatient hehe!

Thanks hun, he's not a bad landlord tbh, he hardly comes round to check the houses, kinda just leaves you to it which i like i'm hoping he is being extra helpful due to being preggers as when i moved into the house i'm in now he never offered to carpet or decorate it lol xx

haha Spammy...yes you can thankfully, i just ordered some teal coloured ones as well as thats what colour my bedroom is so wanted them to fit in with my colour scheme, seems i didint have to do that after all, so i have spare teal butterflies going...i'm sure i will find a use for those ones...may use them in the bathroom xx

I know Kanga i'm well chuffed, me and DD have just been checking wallpaper out on the net, i'm just gonna have a feature wall in both bedrooms, DD has picked disney princess wall paper so may just use the same for mini princess as i think one roll will do 2 feature walls with how little the rooms are cant wait to just crack on, got plenty of time to get the house sorted before my due date too especially with the help of decorating and carpeting the house from the landlord just totally buzzed still atm cant stop smiling hehe!! xx

How exciting! I want to move somewhere bigger, but I think we live in one of the most expensive places in England rent wise! enjoy the decorating!
