Sunbeds??

Don't do it the skin damage is not worth it hun. If you wanna tan try a fake tan instead like St tropaz or fake bake. They are really good and natural looking and not orangey at all. I'm using fake bake extreme gel at the moment and its really dark and it only needs doing once a week xxxxxxxx

 please don't do it! The damage it does is terrible, so much so that I'm surprised they haven't been banned yet but I guess they make too much money. Fake bake or st tropaz does just as good a job, and if you fancy a treat then go get it done in a salon, if not get some and use it yourself.

I do my tan myself and get my OH to do my back. St tropaz is quiet expensive but I always get mine from ebay and can get it for about half the shop price. I've just done my tan this evening if you like tomorrow when I've washed the colour guide layer off I can post a pic so you can get a idea of how the tan comes out? xxxxx

That would be great :D

Sunbeds are evil  they should be banned IMO. The damage they'll do to your skin is not worth it. Nevermind, looks like you've decided against it anyway 8)

I used to pay £50 a month and go on the sunbed every other day in my dinner hour, the salon was bang next door. I love being brown.
But now i'm pregnant, it's either a spray tan or self tan, i do think once bubs is born i will return back to the sunbed though.

I did for a couple of years when I was younger and my mum used to have one that I used too. I know the damage is already done for me as I was probably only about 15 or 16 when I started on them. I haven't been near one for about 9 years now and never would again. I have red hair and pale skin and should never been allowed near one. I don't go out in the sun now unless I've got factor 40 on!

yeh i have always used one (never ever been able to get bottle tans or sprays tans to work for me) i quite miss going on one cus havent used one since before i was pregnant with kayla but goin start again this month as i want a tan for my hols this summer.

xxxxx

Nope - I burn on a cloudy day when it is raining so its not worth the risk

Go fake!

I use Fake Bake Tan which is excellent. Id never use a sunbed.

xx

To me definitely not worth the risk!
Not only that, all my friends who I went to school with look at least 5 some even 10 years older then me now! Im glad I refuse to use them! i did use them once or twice back when I was younger and just never got why people need ot be tanned anyways? Im pale, I dont care! lol i live in England, Im not meant to have a perm-a-tan! lol
Where I live most young girls go on them and think its great but look very orange?? not a good look lol

I used sunbeds before i got pregnant. Went about once every 1 or two weeks. Fully aware of all the risks involved. Will probably go again once baby is born. I feel so much better for using them.
Would not recommend others to use them without taking into account the risks involved tho.

Never been near one and never will
Im a Red head it would be suicde for me to use one.
I simply make myself look glowy and tanned using Jonson and Johnson tinted moisturiser for the face and neck in the winterthere is no point doing the rst no one sees me.
and it gives a vey subtle tint
in the summer i use the foam Piz Buin for face and body
St tropaz is way to expensive for me.

NO NO NO NO NO.

I'm so pale I burn in the UK in February so no WAY would it be safe for me. I generally avoid the sun too March - Sept :talkhand:

I used to use the ocasional sunbed before I got pregnant...Altho my skin has a natural olive shade 2 it, but i used 2 enjoy toppin myself up and think people do generaly look healthier with a tan...But my dad got skin cancer last yr (hes perfectly fine now!!) and after that i have been put off and wont be using them again once i have had my baby.

Since being pregnant, i have occasionaly been using Fake Bake, which is wicked!!! No sun damage and it never comes out streaky...you just have 2 get a friend or ur partner to apply it to your back...Piz Buen tannin lotion is also very good...

I used them occasionally and was aware of the risks. They used to fade so quick etc and I couldn't afford to keep using them.

It's down to personal choice.

I use Johnson's Holiday Skin which is okay ish... My hairdresser swears by home spray tans though! xx

Dont really like sunbeds. Im a spray tan technician so i wouldnt  there not safe also one thing thats always botherd me is the fact it causes people to have more moles than they had in the first place due to sunbeds. Id say stick to spray tanning
