what suntan lotion is everyone using.

i use tescos baby factor 40, it was highly recommended for babies. plus it is only £2.64.

Avon kids spray on cream, factor 30 UVA and UVB.

I use it mainly coz I am an Avon rep and I get it cheaper than the shops but can't say how much for :)

I will be using factor 60+
that's TOTAL block, more expensive but worth it.

Remember to keep re-applying too!

Mine is Soltan factor 40+.

Just noticed it says not for babies under 18mths though.

Have been using it on Phoebe and she's been fine so shall I just carry on using it?

It's not irritating her skin or anything.

soltan do a babies on which is factor 50 i got it on buy one get one free it was 9.99 i think but its also highly visible when applied so you dont miss bits

I re-apply it lots Urchin don't worry, I've got moon tan skin (white) and burn so easily so I top mine up rgularaly too, but stay out of the sun when possible anyway. Damien has a natural nice tan - git

I'm using Solait 50+ for babies and it £5.99 a tube but buy one get one free from superdrug.

What age would be recommended to start using sun tan lotion. We keep Charlie out of the sun as he's only 2.5 weeks old but wanted to know for the future as we wont be able to keep him out of the rays completly???

im using one from morrisons factor 50 and it only cost me £1:99
its good too its a baby and toddler one

Think you are ment to keep them out of sun if possible for the first 6 months or so, not to sure though. I only put it on Aimees legs cos the sun shade doesn't always keep the sun off them.

Yeah it says to keep the out of the sun as much as possible if they are under 6 months as their skin is way too delicate and damages easily. Poor Seren looks a right state when I take her out, she is all white from her sunblock, hat right over her face and as much skin covered up as possible lol. I use nivea factor 50 for babies.

Hi

I have 50 but my nurse told me not to use it till next year cuz she will be too young all this year?
But what do you do when they are out in the sun you cant keep them in long sleeve shirts.

Katrina

I 've got one of these from when I had Mason, really useful, it blocks all the rays out:
