DH (28)and I (23) have been actively ttc since May 2014. We have had 1 bfp last October but this ended in MC so as it has now been a full 12 months we have just got the ball rolling with fertility checks. He has his app through to get himself checked and I will be going to see my own doctor in the new year.
I was just looking for some advice on what's going on just now.
I have irregular cycles, between 4-5 weeks give or take a day or two. My last AF was on the 17th of November which was exactly 4 weeks from the last but it wasn't like normal, TMI but it was just light brown blood with stringy bits (sorry!!). It lasted 3-4 days and I didn't have any cramps or anything like I usually do.
After it finished, the cramps started just on my left side. It was more like a dull ache for about 6 days and on the 7th day(last Friday) it turned into a sharp stabbing pain. It got so painful I thought something was wrong, maybe a UTI or something and was planning on going to the doctor the next day but then they stopped almost completely, although it still kind of hurts when BDing.
Anyway so today, 2 weeks since the brown bleeding and a week since the pain, I've started bleeding again, like a normal heavy period with cramps and I have no idea what's going on?
Has anyone had this before and knows what causes it? Is it normal? Or could it be related to the pain?
I doubt anyone will ask but just incase, I have taken numerous tests but they are all negative so I'm not pregnant.
I'm devastated that we are out for December before we even got to try
Any advice would be greatly appreciated so thank you in advance
