Stomac cramps gone. Normal?

Currently 7+6 & the dull achy pain I was having in weeks 5&6 have gone. Is this normal?
I'm still tired so not all of my symptoms have gone, I don't have many symptoms tbh.

Yes mine went away at around that stage too sarah, I think it is definitely normal. Enjoy not having any pain / sickness - in my experience it might well be short lived!! Xx

My symptoms have definitely calmed down a bit, hopefully we'll just go through phases of symptoms x
