Still so confused Re: ticker in signature!

Can someone please tell me how to put a ticker in my signature? I've had a read throug here and still confused. Its a Lilypie ticker.

I've gone to User CP, edit Signature, but then what exactly? If I just copy and paste the code I've been given into the box it doesn't show up.

Help!
