still no af..

i dont think ive ever been more desperate for af to come along! i mc 5 weeks ago and ive done two tests, one on af day 1 and another 4 days later both negative so im not pregnant. is it normal to miss a period or for it to be late after a mc? or could i just be testing too early? im thinking about doing a 1st response test on saturday but dont wana spend out on one if its probably not worth it

It can take up to 8 weeks for your first af to arrive, i wouldnt test just yet, give it a little longer, if your still worried then go see your gp, or do another test then..

Miscarriage can really screw the system up for some people, id suggest the same thing as what SSS has said and wait till yourr af is due next month.
I know its really hard, but try and put it out of your mind becasue stress can prevent af coming along as well hun.

Mine arrived today after 5 and half weeks since I miscarried (had d&c, don't know if that makes any difference). I would have been 16 weeks today so do wonder whether my body is trying to keep to 4 weekly cycles?? Or maybe it's just coincidence?

I know the waiting is unbearable but unfortunately I think you've got to stick it out a bit longer
Try not to get too down, I know it's easier said than done. It won't be long now, I'm sure it will be here soon...

The big emphasis on concieving after m/c is make sure your body gets a couple of months whether you have had a d/c or natural 'exit'.
I know i sound really patronising and i dont mean too honestly, but get yourselfs ready ladies for ttc again.

Same boat here ladies.... had the pessary on may 2nd and still not had a period but also neg preg tests.... my temps are staying about 36 which is high for me, but are varying... very confusing

hmm, five weeks now since m/c and still no af. ive had sore boobs and been really tired but nowhere near the degree i felt last time, if af doesnt arrive by friday im gona test again i think, i havent gone this long without a period (whilst not pg) for years!
