steroids cleaning up my ovaries?

Had been cleaning yesterday (about cd7) and stupidly mixed toilet cleaner with bleach, breathed it in for ages before i realised. I was struggling to breathe after a while so went to A&E. They found that i had low blood oxygen and prescribed me steroids to help clear the lungs. Not sure what the steroids were :/

Anyway, last night i obviously had a tight-feeling chest, but i could also feel quite strong fluttering and moving sensations in my ovaries (a bit like ovulation). I just wondered if anyone knew if these steroids could be helping with some pelvic inflammation, or are they only effective on the lungs? Also, just wondering if steroids can effect menstrual cycles in general and make it easier/harder to conceive in ltttcers x

Just thought I'd add that I'm now on a proper course of prednisone. I've heard they give this to women to stop implantation being rejected by the mother, so that's a tiny bit of hope x
