Stem Cell

Hi,

Are many of you doing the Stem Cell thing... ?
I have been aware of it for the past few months, but recently got a leaflet through the door about it, and wanted to know if many of you are doing this.

I don't really know enough about it, so if anyone has opinions / information, could u let me know please?

Hiya, I am doing the stem cell collection and we are doing it via Virgin Health Bank. Basically they collect stem cells from the baby's umbilical cord and they store them. With all the developments in science and medicine these stem cells could be potentially used to cure or treat things like cancer or lukheamia if your child was to get ill in the future. There are also a whole host of other things that stem cells could be potentially used for to cure.

We've told some medical research person that some can be taken. I can't quite remember what theresearch is but I did read it, honest.
