Stage 2 teats

I was just wondering from what age you start your baby on stage 2 teats?

I changed Adam on to stage 2 teats at around 9 weeks mostly because he has reflux and I had to put Gaviscon into his milk which makes the milk a bit thicker.

I was going to change him on to the next stage before we found out about the reflux because he was getting grumpy and falling asleep during his bottle. xxx
