Stabbing pain

I've got a stabbing pain behind my belly button when I sit down I don't know what's causing it but it really bloody hurts! Any ideas?

I get these a lot. I had them for the last two pregnancies too. Apparently its just everything moving and stretching and i guess when we sit down it all gets squished up!!! Not a very technical response sorry, but hopefully will put your mind at rest!

I think it probably was that, as it was very local and behind my belly button rather than anywhere else.
