Hi after some help. I suffer from spots which seem to be better controlled while I'm on the pill. So since tic and finding out I'm pregnant they have started!! They seem to be roughly every fortnight but hang around for ages!! They are hard lump one too. I'm struggling to find anything to put on them and wondered what others use or recommend please? Iv been using sudrocrem and Vicks but it's not working :eh: TIA :)

Nothing works for mine :( I counted 40+ just over my chin at one point. Wash your face with unscented soap, exfoliating and streaming is my best opinion. X

I've suffered from spots all my life- I highly recommend Liz Earle or Angela Langford natural skincare xxx

Me too! I have pcos and ttc / not being on the pill made it worse again. After my first baby my skin was the worst I've ever seen it and it looks like I'm going that way again.

Zineryt is quite good and safe in pregnancy, your GP can prescribe it x

Anything that helps with scarring from spots? X

Thanks all I'm not the only one minus the pregnancy glow! Have used that Zinerty a while back but seemed to build up a resistance to it!! Been using fudicini before pregnancy and if I kept on top of it it wasn't too bad!! Will try some of ya recommendations thanks

Not found anything to help with scarring unfortunately:( . I was putting bio oil on my face as someone recommended this but then realised this is the worst thing for acne as there's already plenty of oil on your face of you have spots!
