Sponges, nooooo...non edible (that's debatable ;) ) ones etc

Right, after composing myself after Debbie and Matts brilliant news, I am back to ask one of my random nosey questions

When you have a bath or a shower, what do you use to scrub yourself with? Sponge, loofah, flannel etc?

My favourite are those abrasive gloves that you can buy. I always feel so clean and shiny after using them

I am really bad and just use Pears Soap rubbed on with my hand - it's all I use on my skin including my face and only every other day.

I do have brilliant skin though so maybe that's why I'm lazy (thanks mum!)

I use one of those net puff things everyday. I also have some of those gloves and they are fab! 8)

Ha Ha! you know what I do with my sponges eat them! Anyway... to scrub I have a sponge with exfoliating bit on the back but I also got this brilliant cloth/flannel type thing with a Sanctuary giftset for crimbo. Its just like the gloves but in a cloth and its wicked! I usually use a scrub on my legs too so they are all buff and shiny

but if you use scratchy gloves then you take your tan off lol

Thats not right - pay hundreds to go and get it and then just rub it off in the bath/shower

What, do you mean a spray on tan? A natural tan would just look more glowing as you get rid of dead skin cells

ha ha. no i already have a tan from a holiday we took in feb and if i was to start scrubbing my skin then it would just get rid of the tan my Oh paid hundreds for lol

Im a naturalist of sorts, and dont use anything on my skin atall. Just water. I only wash my hair once a week to give my natural oils a chance to work through the hair. My hair and skin always looks really good, and I can easily pass for mid-twenties even though Im (almost) mid thirties!

I also make sure that after I have showered with very warm (not hot) water, I give myself and my hair a blast with cold water....it closes the pours in your skin and smooths your hair!

i use a puffy thing too! and i have some exfoliating gloves
