Sour expressed milk

I dont express often but when I do the milk seems to spoil quickly.

It seperates (which I know is normal) and smells/tastes (yup I tasted it) very sour after a couple of hours in the fridge. My fridge is at a constant temp so dont think its that

Is this normal, what am I doing wrong?

I need to master this before I go back to work

What are you storing it in? I'd use storage bags and a container for mine.

Personally I'd freeze it and then defrost it and see what that is like.

Seems I am a nut job got DH to taste fresh and 'sour' stored and MIL to sniff and they couldnt tell the difference so let Esme try it and she didnt seem to notice so I think its me.
