Well ive gone off Rose from my other question lol. soooo i want names that cant be shortened (or lengthened) in anyway.
and just to be awkward no B's, C's, or J's or P Names

Any ideas?

I quite like Ava for a girl- I don't see how that could be shortened or lengthened.

On most baby name sites you can search names by sylabals (sp?!)- most 1 sylabal names can't be shortened!

I love Ava too! And Eva (thats what I will be going with if I have a girl!) And Evie, Molly, Lily,
If you go for a name that already ends in 'y' or 'ie' then theres less chance they will try to 'cuten' it up lol kwim? like Rose to Rosie, jade to jadey etc!

I love the name Evelyn, if i have another girl, thats what she'll be called...

it can be shortened to lyn, evie, eve etc..

I'm the opposite, i hate the fact that i cant shorten my name.. I'm gonna make sure whatever i choose it can have a few versions (which hopefully arent too bad)

well my symptoms are the exact oposite to when i was preg with jack so i think it might buuut we already have our boys names sorted if its another boy. girls names are hard!!

Isla
Faye
Erin

I don't think these names would be shortened or made longer

I just had a baby girl who I called Isla. I love the name but up here in the good old Highlands of Scotland it's becomming very popular!

I love Isla its currently top of our list, Weez. Didnt realise it was becoming so popular.

Oooh yes, i really like Erin, I had forgotten that was on my list!

Also like Maia/Maya although I suppose you could shorten it to Mai/May.

You're right, girls names are hard. Glad I've been spared the choice for a little while at least :D
