Sore eyes?

Nathans had these little reds bumps round his eyes for a few weeks now. At first I just thought it was maybe cos his eyes had been watering outside and his skin was a bit chapped but its going worse not better. They have gone onto his eye lids as well now and all found his nose. He keeps rubbing his eyes a lot so they must be itchy. They are quite small there's just lots of them all under his eyes mainly and they are always there but seem to get worse and then better through out the day I've made him a GP appointment but its not till Tuesday so I was just wondering if anyone else has seen anything like it and might have a clue what they are. Thanks.

Have you changed any soaps, washing powders or things he eats recently? or is he allergic to something or any animals?
I hope he's ok

Theres nothing that I can think of really I've been pondering all day but theres nothing that springs to mind so I haven't a clue.
