Sore chest?

I have this horrible feeling just below my boobs that I can only describe feels like a bubble. It is hurting a lot. I tried to get an early night and was in bed at 9am but it is now 3 hours later and the pain has forced me to get up as it was starting to affect my breathing. I have had it a few times now, usually at night time.

does anyone else get this feeling?

Hi, I've had something similar a few times and it's horrible isn't it?! I think it tends to be trapped wind, I find laying on my left hand side helps and getting my OH to rub my back quite firmly always sorts it after a while. Hope this helps

Is it like heartburn? My sister said when she was pregnant, she had to sleep propped up towards the end because of the pain!

It is definately not heartburn. This feels like a massive pressure. It is probably just bubs pushing against my lungs.

most deffo look at the state of your insides at 35 -36 weeks could be another 6 yet too

OH. MY. GOD!!!! Why oh why did I have to look at that? Actually why oh why did you have to show me it! Looking at that pic though I can now understand why my insides are hurting so much, especially at night.

Is it right at your sternum? If so then its could be rib flare - where the baby is pushing your ribs aart basically. I had it and it was so bad
