sore c section scar 2 years on anyonle else? want ttc no 2

I di post this in ask a Mum, but thought I might get some answers here as well

I wondered if any mums who had c esctions first time round still experienced pain/tenderness in their scar 2 years later?

I had and emergency section with my daughter now 2 and I want to start ttc no 2 but my scar still feels tender on the left side. Is this normal? or does it mean my scar is more likelt to tear if I get pregnant. I am really worried, I don't want to be agony for 9 months but I am desperate for baby no 2.

Anyone elses experinces would be gratefully recieved.

i feel a sharp momentary pain in my scar very occasional but apart from that not really at all wouldn't know its there apart from the numbness i feel when i touch it.
2 years should be ample time for healing though hun so i wouln't let it stop you ttc no 2 x

Hi. I dont get pain as suck but sometims it feels uncomfortable.

As rusks said, 2 years is plently of time for it to heal

thanks guys I feel a bit better now. I have a docs appt a week Monday so I shall mention it to be on the safe side, but I guess its scar tissue or something, because other than tenderness on the left side when I touch it it seems fine
