sore boobs

Hello
New here, its week 16.
Having a bit of a nightmare with midwives not turning up for appt, so no one to ask at mo..... But my boobs have been very sore now from the beginning. I thought that was an early and late pregnancy thing, rather than a mid pregnancy thing. My nipples are excruciatingly sore every 2 hours or so and while it has lessened a bit, its so sore I have to yelp in public! The tips are a bit white too!
Anyone else had it throughout or know why the nips are a bit white at 16 weeks? Could it be like this all the way? Ow!

I've had exactly the same but it has worrn off the last few weeks. Mine were worst when they suddenly fet cold. Sometimes theyw ere so bad they would wake me up at night! I think we are just unlucky

PS the tips of mine are white too!

Still very very sore and oh so itchy!

I think it's quite normal so don't worry hun.
