Sore boob AGAIN ;-

This is really beginning to stress me out now.. I'll have a couple of good days where bf is fine, then something will always start to hurt again. It's either ultra sore nipple, or what I think is blocked ducts where my whole boob swells up and is really painful! It's never red so don't think it's mastitis as it comes and goes, but what can I do to prevent it? It's so painful and beginning to really get me down and consider combi feeding sooner than planned (before stopping completely)... Don't think I can do this anymore ;-( xxx
