Sold sign is now up.

The sold sign is now up on the house we bought. Everything is signed and the sold sign went up this morning. Now I just ned to get this girl who is buying our house to hurry up and get things finalised and the sold sign can go up on ours.
Its all paperwork, paperwork, paperwork.
I cant wait till Jan till we move.
