So worried, strange feeling in tummy?

I am pregnant with number 3. I am currently 6 weeks and been suffering with nausea. This evening I have a really strange fluttering feeling in my stomach. It started with a surge of pain from my tummy to my head. Now I feel like something is happening in my stomach. Is this normal??

I have miscarried in the past so I am terrified! xxx

Sounds odd to me is the pain constant? Could be a bad case of trapped wind? Are you spotting / bleeding?

Hey Netty! How are you? I don't feel like its trapped wind and no spotting or bleeding!! Isn't it all such a worry after a previous loss! xxx

It really is hun! I couldn't even begin to wonder what it is a side from maybe I your ligaments softening? Plus as you've got kids already this can happen earlier?
Have you got a scan booked or anything x
I'm good thanks just counting down the days to my next scan!

No scan booked, first Midwife appointment not until 4th April, it is all such a waiting game!
Keep popping to the toilet making sure there is no blood, feeling like a crazy lady lol
When is your next scan? Fingers crossed all is okay for you xxx

It's next Sunday. Had one last week and saw a heartbeat for the first time!

You're not crazy lol I check everytime I go the loo for blood it's such a worrying time xx hope your little bean is hanging in there!!
