Just wanted to say how proud i am of my DH - he has been so good during the first few weeks of this pregnancy i hope it shows what it to come when he becomes a daddy.

He has been reading my pregnancy books, finding out what food i can and i can't eat, looking at the development of the baby, looking into info about labour and just generally been doing all the things i have been doing!

He has also been getting up with me in the night when i have been feeling sick and making sure i am comfortable when i am asleep.

Yesturday we saw my nephew (who is only 4 weeks old) and usually he would have not been bothered about holding him but when i asked him he asked if he could give him his bottle. He sat there for just a little under an hour while the little one drank his milk.

Hope everyone elses DH / OH is being just as great as mine x

You are very lucky.
I'm not at all jealous :x

hello
mine has been nice through the night with me too, hes a sweetie...he has been cookin but that doesn't extend to cleaning, he draws the line at that
x

my hubby's crap. LOL. If i want him to read anything i have to literally shove it in his face. Its not that hes not excited or interested, but i wish he would do more :wall:

I seem to have a fab hubbby too, although I did have a bit of a go at him on Saturday. Not entirely sure why it happened I was just very emotional that day and it felt like i had PMT x 10!!

Poor hubbby, he accepted my apology of course once I oculd see what a complete nutter i'd been!!

Aw thats brill to hear :D im lucky mines been fantastic too and seems really interested and wants to know exactly whats going on at all times :)
He does all the cooking, cleaning, tidying & works all day too... he's a star and I love him to bits :D

Mine is a diamond considering he goes out of the house at 5 o'clock every morining and doesn't get in till 6pm, he is wonderful. I have cried , screamed, yelled etc.....for the first 6 weeks and now I just retch every time he looks at me. He's very good at calming me down when i go in to a panic. and he has done loads in the house which normally is my job.

16 years married and I still love him loads..........sorry :puke: :puke: :puke:

ps has anyone else developed morning sickness this late on?? Is it psychosematic??

Mine hasn't got a clue! He was fine the first few weeks, wanting to help and making sure I was alright but now even though he is still excited about baby, I think he is struggling with the fact that I am not feeling that great still and things aren't back to normal :wall: I think he thought as soon as I reached 12 weeks I would be blooming and nesting and feeling great, needless to say I don't.
