so after a few months of major meltdown when i brought the potty out I had just about given up, he asked for the potty (he was naked anyway- always usually about half hour before bath) and sat and had a wee !!! I don't know if it's my hormones but I burst into tears.
10 mins ago he was shouting for the potty while I was sorting the washing out and didn't get there quick enough and weed on the floor, and he is asking daddy now for it,

Do you think this is it ? Should I go full steam ahead ?

Yes!!!! What a clever lad he's obviously ready I would run with it! I remember a lot of my friends say once you've decided to 'do it' - go full steam ahead, no turning back!! One of my friends said she bounced between nickers at home and pull ups when they were out (to avoid accidents) and she said it confused her lo no end!

I say that as he is currently banging on his baby gate singing humpyu dumpy and won't go to bed hahaxx

Ok bit of a step backwards this morning, took his bedtime nappy off and got the potty out and he freaked !!!
I don't know what to do best, I don't want to scare him. Hubby thinks we should start slow, maybe a week of nappy off after tea and keep trying him then and when he gets the hang of it then starts next week with nappy off on a morning ?! I don't know !!! He hasn't told me he has weed in his happy but he has, and I keep asked my him every 10 mins xx
