Hi Girls,

I am so pleased I have finally made it back to the 2nd Tri. Some of you may remember me from my first time here a couple of years ago, you were all a pillar of support though my pregnancy and the early months

Am really nervous with this pregnancy as I had a massive bleed last week and was told that I have a large blood clot lying under the placenta, I have also been told that the chances are I will bleed thoughout my pregnancy. I suspect it is SCH though will find out more in a fortnight when I have my next scan and consultant appt. My baby was absolutely fine when we last saw him/her on Monday night but I have been told I am to have complete rest until 20 weeks -easier said than done with a 2 year old and a husband.

Has anyone else had this with their pregnancies or known about this? Does it get easier?

Its soooo good to be back

Xxx

I don't have any advice angelfairy but want to wish you all the very best with this pregnancy

I'm very glad that your baby is doing well.

Hellllooooooooo stranger  and welcome to tri 2

Hope your little girl enjoyed her special day yesterday :D

Sorry I can't help with your worry

Welcome to tri 2 and I have to say that picture of your DD is fabulous she is gorgeous

Sorry I can't help either but wanted to say welcome to trimester 2

Thank you so much for welcoming me back girls, I've missed you all heaps  Thank you Mik for saying my DD is gorgeous, she is the world to me and i think she is absolutely scrummy too :D

My doctor has signed me off work today for 4 weeks which I believe is really going to help with the healing. Hubby has been great cooking for me and even making sure I have lovely magazines or books to read as some of the daytime TV is so mindnumbing. Not sure how much longer I'm actually going to enjoy the bed rest as I'm already looking out at the garden wanting to get my hands on all the leaves that are everywhere!

Kaye, I can't believe Tia and Gia are now two, from what I remember Tia was born on the 26th too wasn't she? Where have the last two years gone? Congratulations you're expecting another girl, we'll really have to make an effort to get together before we have number 2 as I'm sure we'll have our hands full then.

Xxx
