So afraid of miscarriage :(

I had a blood test to confirm pregnancy 2 days ago. The GP said the value was 288 and I would have been 3 weeks 5 days along at most.

Tonight I’m having some mild cramps here and there with some sharp pains too. I’m SO worried this pregnancy will end in a miscarriage like my last one. I think I’m after hopeful stories

At 5 weeks 2 days with my son my HCG was 27560 so very high.

Hi charlie congrats on the pregnancy cramping in early pregnancy can be very normal as your body changes it often gets confused for period pain always mention any cramping to ur doc or epu its best but take paracetamol if you can and try to relax is what they normally tell you i had the same i was sure i was going to lose as i had brown bleeding too try not to stress to much fx for you that you have a healthy pregnancy i know how hard it is before this pregnancy i had 3 miscarriages in a row so im the same i have unsettling moments but everything is okay upto now plenty of women on here with great advice ...stay positive xx

I think you're already in the 4 weeks hun, in 2 days you will be near the 500's, whih means 5 weeks. When was your LMP? Or did you track ovulation?x

Try not to panic hun. I had two miscarriages and then was pregnant on our third try. I had spotting and cramping around 5 weeks and was very nervous throughout. My rainbow baby is now 6 weeks old and sleeping soundly in his moses basket right now. It can happen. My pregnancy and birth was pretty much textbook throughout despite the miscarriages. My period was 30/06/2019 and I have a 33-34 day cycle on average.
We BD only one day on the 18/07/2019 so that time created this pregnancy. Really thought it was too late in my cycle because all of my OPK’s were negative.

Cramping is totally normal! But after a mc it’s even scarier than it would it been.
I had two mc and on this pregnancy every single cramp would scare me. I cried so much as I was convinced I’d have my 3rd miscarriage. My cramp continued on until around 15-16 weeks. I also used to get sharp shooting pains that were constant but only lasted a few seconds each. My cramps felt like strong period pain which was worrying. I’m now nearly 24 weeks so it was all normal.
I had lots of scans in my first 16 weeks (mostly because I had a few episodes of bleeding) and they were so reassuring. I had one at 7,9,15 and 16. So if you can get an early one booked in around 7-8 weeks I would.
