Snuffle Babe on feet??

I'm sure I've read on here about rubbing snuffle babe on the souls of babys feet?

Is this to help congestion or coughing? Do you still rub some on the chest too or just the feet?

Me and Cam are both poorly. Snotty, snuffly, coughing and generally feeling poopy

Anyone want to come and take care of us? Pleeeease? I don't feel wery well

Yes I put snuffle babe on my LOs feet and then put socks on, it helps with coughing and congestion, do it to yourself as well I do! You can still apply it to his chest and back too

Also a nasal aspirator was the best thing I bought! It gets the snot out of their nose helps them breathe soooo much better! You can get them from boots or a chemist for about £5

I'll pop some on after his bath at bedtime.

I really hope he's not feeling as shitty as I do. My nose is so blocked up, I can't stop sneezing, there aren't enough tissues in the world to cope with the nasal leakage and I've got earache! Aaargh!! I hate being poorly!!

My LO and I are also full up atm an i also apply to feet. Helps alot in the nights xx

I thought it was normal Vics you apply to feet (they are too young to have it on their chest but on their feet it's OK?)

BUT I have no idea where I heard this?

I found the whole concept of vapour rub on feet very strange but I'm willing to try anything!!
