Snoring

Anyone else developed pregnancy snoring? I'm getting worried about it because I start it before I'm even asleep
OH thinks it could be sleep apnea(sp?)

Its driving me (and him) mad! Not sure if its also being overtired as I'm run ragged in work at the mo.

I have exactley the same position.

Midwife told me it was all to dow ith the hormone changes causing a build up of mucus which leads to a blocked nose etc

she said it might come and go or it might just stay !!

So far mine hasn't moved !!!
DH has suggested on a number of times that I might find it more comfortable in the spareroom... and I have assured him that if I am going to suffer with it because of the baby then so is he

i do feel really blocked up all the time and have had some nose bleeds as well.

I have the problem of OH snoring - he keeps getting chucked into the spare room at 3 in the morning cos I can't get back to sleep after my toilet break!

I have had a horrible blocked nose & lots of crap at the back of my nose/throat though, it's horrible!

yep, just started snoring and now OH is sleeping down stairs lol, at least i get the whole bed to myself tho

OH retreats downstairs but I dont sleep well on my own so I get overtired and cranky.

Maybebaby - Ahhh yes! Hadnt connected the crap in my throat with the blocked nose but yes got that too!
