I had the same, people tell me I am huge every day and I measured 29cm at my 28 weeks appointment, which was actually when I was 28+5. Now when people tell me I am huge I just tell them that I am measuring spot on! You can do that now too! xx

haha deffo can tell em straight up now that i'm not huge LO is just right at least i have evidence now

Maria, i think its so rude too, some random lady worker in Matalan asked me how long i had left the other day and when i said another 12 week yet her face just dropped before she said "Ohhh, well i guess its not that big maybe its because it all out front" cheers...and do i know you grrr!!! I get that same look on everyone's face when they ask when i'm due like they are expecting me to say next month or something!

Im jealous, my 28 week app is tomorrow so hopefully I come away with good news too. Im dreading being weighed though, avoided the scales for so long!!

As for people's comments, my friends soon learnt I didn't like the "OMG you are huge" stuff, so now instead they try to get around it by coyly asking "so... do you think you'll get bigger?????!" not as subtle as they were hoping really...

I'm glad they didnt weigh me yesterday haha, i dread to think how much weight i have put on, my diet hasnt been the best to be fair, i've kinda just been going with the cravings which 80% of the time have been pretty unhealthy lol!
I guess asking if you think you will get bigger is a little better than out right telling you your huge but like you say not as subtle as they think lol! It still pretty much saying, seen as though your huge i cant see you getting any bigger haha! xx

Glad everything went well at ur appt!
People keep telling me Im looking massive, but I was measuring about 23cms at my last appt at 25 weeks. Got my 28 week appt on Sunday, so we'll see if lo has grown much!
I do hate it when they say I look so big tho, I'm like, great, I already feel like a whale, massive and unattractive, now uve made it worse! lol

Aww thats so true hun, i feel huge and unattractive more so now that i have noticed a number of bloody thread veins appearing on my legs and my boobs jus look blue with all the veins that appeared so people really do not help when they pass judgement of "how big i am" grrr!!!! xx

Omg, yeh, the veins!!! Ive got a MASSIVE blue one running down the right side of my tummy, and theres ones all over my boobs. I swear I am turning into a whale - size and colour! I also want a water birth... :/ lol!!!

That's great news hun I get the 'oh my god you're so small' all the time. It doesn't bother me but I did start to worry the baby wasn't growing, however at my 24 week appointment I measured 25cm so spot on. My midwife told me I could just turn round and say 'actually I'm measuring over so sod off' I have a midwife appointment next Tuesday so it'll be interesting to see what I'm measuring then xxx

Man its so bad...i really cannot remember getting this veiny with DD, but i guess at least i can say if i did they went after i had her so i shouldnt really worry about the after effects xx
