In my local asda they have stopped selling the cartons of Sma milk there no in a bottle which you can buy disposable teat for and baby can drink milk straight from the bottle or u can poor it into your normal bottles and it comes with a screw top so any milk u don't use won't be wasted , I travel to Norwich a lot so these will be great for me but I think I will jut pour th milk into my normal bottles ImageUploadedByTapatalk1342288331.439446.jpg

I noticed these the other day in boots. I don't use sma but they look good if your ever caught short. x

I bought a few of these to use if we go out. I've started to pour them into bottles though as I thought the teats were quite narrow and Fred couldn't seem to latch onto them properly, he was dribbling a lot of the milk! They're a great idea though, I prefer them to the cartons.

Yeah we have them!! H uses the spouts tho coz the milk wasnt flowing quickly enough from the teats!!
xxxx

good idea in theory but we used the cartons poured into our bottles and now if we wanna buy them the new on cost 83 p instead of 63 for the carton so not impressed at all

just glad kayla has dropped her night feed as we used the carton every night but just the odd day now if im going out

That is a very good idea :) all the formula companies should do this :) we use aptamil x

yeah they are stopping the cartons I wasn't happy since I could buy 12 sma gold for 7quid carton form in multipack, now its a fiver for six bottles half the amount and not half price ****s really... Luckily I use powder more so I'm glad of that x

I use the tins of formula but i buy some cartons too for emergencies/when out

We use the cartons all the time as James prefers it with his gaviscon....using that with powder made it too thick for him luckily he only has 3 bottles a day now some times 4 and they are 2 9oz and a 5oz and sometimes a 4oz x

I was talking to a girl in mothercare the other day, cos I said to her that Tesco and Asda have stopped selling these. I assumed they were being discontinued so I bought a few (stocking up in advance) from there. She says they haven't heard anything about them stopping stocking them so I think mothercare will continue to get them in.

Oh well, I guess the girl in mothercare just hadn't heard about it. I don't want to stock up too much in case LO doesn't take to it, but it really is a much handier size (LO will be going to MIL's regularly) and more straightforward than the powder. The new bottles are 86p for the same size as the 65p cartons, not fair!! There are litre bottles too, but don't know how many formula feeds we'll need and the bottles only last 48 hours. Dilemma!
