Do any of u do either of these diets??

what do u reckon is the best???

they will both work just as well as each other if you follow the programme. slimming world isharder in my opinion as you hve to stick to either mainly veggie or mainly meat eating days.

you have to be prepared to stay on these plans for the rest of your life, that is why they dont always work and thats why they make so much money from people who have gone back to their old ways. you are much better off by adjusting your diet, cutting back (not out) all the crap and finding something to replace the bad things, thus making your own diet. start walking at a pace increasing time and momentum over a period of time. the paul mckenna book helps. it really does

weight watchers is great and i will be doing it online soon as baby arrives :cheer: xx

Yup I have to say weight watchers!! I havent tried it myself yet (will be once baby is born) but my Mum has tried slimming world and didnt get on as well as she has with weight watchers, but then again everyone is different!

a lot of people in my family have done weight watchers, theyve all lost weight, my cousins husband lost about 3 stone in 2 months...

Hi hunnie,
My auntie joined weightwatchers and she lost about 5st, she does stick to it religiously and she exercises and goes to the gym loads....I tried Rosemary Connelly for a while and lost just over 1st but that was sticking to their diet and attending two weekly exercise classes. You should be careful though cos even if you're eating the right things but are unable to exercise you may end up with saggyness....did the docs say how long it is before you can exercise after having a c section? I know we all want our bodies to get back to some sort of normality after childbirth but you should be careful hunnie....

I've heard so much great stuff aboutr slimming world and want to give it a try after the birth but I have been told it works best on people with more to lose as you can eat big portions. If you only have a stone or so to lose it may be slower as you can still take in a lot of calories. Saying that it looks easy and you can make some great meals and you can follow it whilst breastfeeding.
