Slightly confused Newbie

I am brand new. My husband and I have decided to start trying for a baby on Holiday in Nov. Or failing that (which I fully expect) we'll really go for it in the new year.

Just been reading these threads and they are so helpful. Just need a little clarity. What are:-

AF

I think I can kind of guess some.

Hi Peanut, we're off to the Maldives. Can't wait I've been reading that a holiday helps so fingers crossed but I am trying to not over think about it (very hard) I don't want to get to absorbed and obsessed with this if it takes time. All very exciting at the moment though.
