When did your LO do it? Are they or was they bottle or breastfed??

Thanks in advance girls

my son was breast fed till 8 months and then has been bottle fed, and still does not sleep through!! i could probably count on both hands the times he has!

Ella is breastfed and started sleeping through at 8 weeks. She'd go from 10-8 then. We gradually started bringing her bedtime forward and now she sleeps from 7-6.

:shhh:

Rubie started sleeping through at 3 months and hasn't woke in the night since (she is nearly 8 months now). It changes all the time but at the moment she sleeps 9pm-8am

i was so lucky with jamie, he only woke up once in the night at 3am for the first few weeks and has slept through ever since 4/5 weeks-ish!

now he goes to bed at 7 and sleeps through until 8ish but is quite happy playing for a while so most days i get to lie in a bit longer!!!

Have the odd nights where he wakes up but not often!!

my next child is going to be a right bugger isnt he/she!!!!!?

Charlie is a angel  he has slept through from 6 weeks and now goes to bed at 8.30 (thats the time we start his routine of bath/bottle/bed) sleeps until around 8am then back down for another hour or so....yesterday the lazy begger woke at 8.30am then went back down in his cot until 10.45am!!!! Amazing to have such a lie in....he's bottle fed byt the way, average 28oz per day.

Lydia has slept through the night maybe 4 nights in total since she was born lol! She's a TERRIBLE sleeper and always has been.

She was breastfed at first, now she's bottle fed.

I know what you mean - I'm crapping myself! I already know that I had an easy labour and easy sleeping with Ella so this one is going to be a terror!!

I am starting to think there is something wrong with my Alex. He has been sleeping through since he was 5 days old apart from 3 nights at 3 weeks when he was eating heavily!

Alex was breastfed solely for the first 3 months then bottle fed. Started sleeping through from 9.30 till 5am and is now down for 8 til 7.30/8am. I have had him in his own room in his cot since he we left the hospital mind you. He also sleeps on his tummy as he refuses to sleep o his back. Sensor monitor is always used though.

I thought that when I was pregnant with lily but...

My eldest ethan started sleep throught ( 8pm-6am) from about 16weeks he was switched to bottle feeding about that time.

Callum was sleeping from 9pm-6am from about 8 weeks fully breast fed till 10months

and lily has been sleeping from about 8pm-5am since she was just over 5 weeks and she's fully breastfed.

Every little one is different though, I've just been really lucky I think :)

Thanks for your replies everyone.

I was interested to know whether it made a difference that your LO was breastfed or bottlfed - it doesnt seem to make a difference from your replies.

Isabella went her longest between feeds last night 8pm - 1am - yah!!!!!!

That's great news hon :cheer: Was that after a bf or a bottle? I know that Ella started going for longer stretches like that at first, so hopefully it's the start of good things for you :D

Thanks Kina.

She had a formula bottle at 5.30pm then was breastfed at 8pm. I feel like a new woman today!!

I'm really pleased for you hon, it's amazing how much different you feel after a stretch of sleep!

V11kae, i was thinking about trying sophie sleeping on her front as evertime we put her down on her back she wakes up. what sensor monitor do you use? I guess you feel you can trust it enough to leave him on his belly in his own room...do you not worry about him? Sorry bit of a paranoid first time mum
