since being in tri 2 my sleep pattern has really fkd up!! i cant sleep til 5-6 in the morning then im asleep alll afternoon.. last night i slept on and off from 5am til 10pm.. :O any suggestions on what to do?
My sleeping patterns have changed since being in Tri2 aswel. I feel knackered all day then when it's time to go to bed at like 11pm i can't sleep for hours. Then after lying there tossing and turning i finally get to sleep only to be woken up a couple of hours later to go the loo. Then OH gets up early to go to work which wakes me up and i can't get back to sleep! I've been trying to have afternoon naps but don't seem to be able to settle during the day.
Sorry but i don't really have any advice as i'm strugging aswell. Just wanted to reply so that you know your not alone! xxx
I'm same as you Dee83, sitting in the lounge, I feel shattered! Go to bed & i'm wide awake!!! I finaly nod off around 1 then wake up about 3 to pee then it takes me awhile to nod off again and then the hubby is up at 5 then I will nod back off to be woken up by the alarm at 7 to get the boys up for school! I too have tried to nap in the afternoon but cant So even tho I cant offer you any advice Katiee24, your deffo not alone x x
thanks girls! least i know im not weird.. and it could be normal haha! in tri 1 i was in bed by 10pm and up at 9am all the time! :O dont know whats wrong with me.. gonna try stay awake all day then hopefully get a good nights sleep!
I'm a nightmare with going to bed early, i'm never in bed before 1am, even when i'm up at 6.30.
Only advice I can think of is as you said - tire yourself out for a full day - stay awake for 24hrs if you can, and you should get a good sleep the next day.
doing well so far! i felt really drained.. so had a little nap only lasted 2 hours but i feel miles better already hoping to get a lovely warm shower tonight then jump in bed for some sleep! thats if my toothache goes away!
