joshys sleeping patterns have gone crazy atm....he goes to bed now at about 6.45 as he gets sleepy, leeps solidly tll about 9.30 and then wakes up for breakfast and then by 10.30 hes ready for his nap until about 2 pm.......but hten he wont sleep obvs till 6.45 again by which point hes tired. there are variations of this slightly but thats pretty much his routine atm.......so hes getting about 19 hours leep a day.....
could it be a growth spurt??
