Sorry, me again!

Just lookimg for your recommendations for car seats and any offers that you curremtly know of. I would prefer a 0+/1 seat as I want him to continue to be rear facing for as long as possible but he is not a fan and my budget doesn't stretch to one of the birth - 4 years rear facing seats (ohh how I wish it would!).

Isofix-wise, I know they're probably better but I can no longer drive my car as I can't fit behind the wheel so would like something I can order online and can put in the car ready for when I can drive again.

So, what are your recommendations and why that seat? Thanks!

Have you considered the Joie Stages? That's rear facing till 4 years but is cheaper than many others x

I have but you have to buy them with the isofix which puts it way out of our budget. It's being bought as a gift by a relative and I don't really want to go beyond £150 all in as I feel asking for more than that is a bit cheeky. Our 0 size carseat was stolen so we've very kindly been offered this gift for ds's birthday present as we can't afford 2 car seats - one for him and one for bump.

Edit -- I didn't realise 'stages' was a separate type of seat, I thought they just did i-size which are the only ones I've seen. I've just had a look and it doesn’t look like you need an isofix for the stages one, is that right?

I'm sold on it, it's got great reviews and looks really sturdy so I'm happy. A good price as well, not too expensive, and it'll do him til he's 4 so can't argue with that!

It'll do him rear facing until he's approx. four years old (18kg), and he can still use it forward facing until he's approx. 6 years old (25kg) - even better :D

Even better!! Gonna get it for #2 as well once he's a bit bigger, seeing as it does from birth.
