Sitting up

Emily is trying SO hard to sit up she just can't get there and is getting frustrated with herself. When did your LO sit up??

Aw how cute Lacey was 6 months when she sat up unaided!!

yea the same about 6 months ohhhh them are the days cushions all over the floor in case the fall back lol

Liv was about 4 an a half months and now she can sit herself up from lying down x

LO is 6 months an still trying to sit unaided but if i let him go all the way he will fall flat on his face ! But he can roll over from back to front just not being able to go back on his back if hes been on front for so long . I wonder if the baby walker will help his back more? x

It's weird cos Oscar will stand up if you hold his arms but can't sit very well at all ..

if joshua is at an engle so no flat on his back he will sit up by himself now. he wobbles so we have to be around to 'catch him' but he hates lying oon his back now. also if we hold his hands hell pull himself up off his back on to his feet. again he can support his weight but he has no balance whatsoever! but to be fair hes only just turned 3 months old!

Paige is getting so so close to holding herself up and I can leave her for about 20 seconds and she can sit up but thats about it. Im hoping within the next month she should be able to sit and play

Ava-Mai is really trying to sit up on, its really cute to watch...and sometimes funny
i think she tries to do too many things at once, she's always wanting to be standing but she can only take her weight for a few seconds so im stuck holding her up but she's sooo heavy now!
Hopefully she'll just get further each time and the day she does do it it will be a nice surprise

If I sit him Seb will sit unaided for a couple of minutes. He loves it! Here's a pic;

He's 12 weeks old. DD was about 5/6 months before she sat unaided

Aoibheann sat up unaided at around 6 months (if I put her sitting up) she started pulling herself up and crawling at 9 months .
